My Background
Hi loves! My name is Chandra and I am the Conscious Body Coach. I have been in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer for 18 years and have seen countless clients to their fitness goals. I have always had a passion for fitness and stage and I have done 6 NPC bodybuilding shows in the category of bikini, and loved every second of it! I am a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and certified Group Exercise Instructor. I have several coaching certifications, as well as multiple Master Coaching certifications covering a broad range of topics, such as Health and Wellness, Spirituality and Universal Laws, Neurolinguistic Programming, Self Care and Boundary Setting, Mindset, Transformation, and more. These days I am more focused on a total package of body, mind and soul and am committed to sharing everything I can for the healing and benefit of all.

My approach to coaching entails aspects such as mindset shifting, bringing consciousness and awareness to self talk and languaging, goal setting and visualizations, conscious eating and movement, reprogramming neural pathways, and other techniques I have found to not only be very effective in producing life changing sustainable results, but get to be the greatest adventure in the process!
